SET: VALIDATE YOUR SOLUTION

PART #3 OF THE STARTUP READINESS PROGRAM

DO YOU already know what customer segment you want to target first? And do you want to discover whether your solution is really the best solution to their problem? Then the ‘SET’ module of the Startup Readiness Program is the right choice for you!

ABOUT THE PROGRAM
During 5 sessions spread over 10 weeks, you will learn to validate your solution with your early evangelist. The program is a fast-paced mix of theory, practical assignments and individual coaching, while provided by experts of the Brabant startup ecosystem.

By joining this third part of the Startup Readiness Program, you will become able to identify the best problem/solution fit. Continuous validation is central to this. Besides, you will gain access to a vast startup ecosystem and a network of like-minded entrepreneurs. Next to this, you will have the unique opportunity of following a program that is valued at €7.500 for free.

THE PROGRAM

The SET module will take place at The Gate in Eindhoven, and is organized in English.

PROBLEM VALIDATION

SEPTEMBER 27 | 6 PM – 9 PM

What is the evidence base that you could use best for the problem you identified and aim to solve? You will learn how to validate your key problem by getting to work with the early evangelist.

SOLUTION

OCTOBER 11 | 6 PM – 9 PM

What is your solution and what assumptions do you hold? You will learn how to demonstrate your value to the early evangelist, as well as how to validate your startup(idea). Here, the focus is on information received from potential customers rather than merely assumptions.

CUSTOMER INTERVIEWS

OCTOBER 25 | 6 PM – 9 PM

What is the key to a great interview? You will learn how to conduct a good interview, what questions to ask and how to analyse the outcome.

PROBLEM/ SOLUTION FIT

NOVEMBER 15 | 6 PM – 9 PM

What does a problem/solution fit look like and what does it mean for your startup? You will learn how to reach your desired problem/solution fit.

ROADMAP

NOVEMBER 29 | 6 PM – 9 PM

How to avoid premature growth? You will learn all about this through working with a 100-day plan and the required resources.
