GAME: FIND YOUR CUSTOMER PROBLEM

PART #2 OF THE STARTUP READINESS PROGRAM

DO YOU have a potentially repeatable, scalable startup(idea)? And would you like to discover who your customer is, or if the customer problem is big enough to solve? Then the ‘GAME’ module of the Startup Readiness Program is the right choice for you!

ABOUT THE PROGRAM
During 5 sessions spread over 10 weeks, you will learn to conduct customer conversations to achieve deep customer insight. The program is a fast-paced mix of theory, practical assignments and individual coaching. The program is provided by experts in the Brabant startup ecosystem.

By joining this second part of the Startup Readiness Program, you will get a clearer picture about the first customer segment you should want to focus on. Continuous validation is central to this. Besides, you will gain access to a vast startup ecosystem and a network of like-minded entrepreneurs. Next to this, you will have the unique opportunity of following a program that is valued at €7.500 for free.

THE PROGRAM

The GAME module will take place at Intermezzo Building in Tilburg, and is organized in English.

STARTUP FRAMEWORK

MAY 17 | 4 PM – 7 PM

You will learn how Dutch startups grow, what you can learn from other startups and which activities you should prioritize.

MARKET

MAY 31 | 4 PM – 7 PM

You will learn who your customer is and what assumptions you hold towards your customer. Besides, you will learn how big the market really is and what is your true ambition.

CUSTOMER INTERVIEWS

JUNE 14 | 4 PM – 7 PM

You will learn how to conduct a good interview, what questions to ask and how to introduce yourself.

DECISION MAKING UNIT
(DMU)

JUNE 28 | 4 PM – 7 PM

You will learn who is involved in the buying process and how those identified actors are influencing this process. Besides, you will learn to identify the problems of those involved.

CUSTOMER PROBLEM VALIDATION

JULY 12 | 4 PM – 7 PM

You will learn which customer segment has the biggest problem and how to validate this problem. Besides, you will learn when your validation is actually successful.
