VALIDATION PROGRAMS
READY Program
Do you have a brilliant startup idea and want to start your own business? Or would you like to discover what it is like to be a startup founder? Then the READY Program is the right choice for you!
READY is part #1 of the Startup Readiness Program which helps you to load your startup. Through 3 sessions, you will learn what it means to build a startup and how to validate your startup(idea). Moreover, you will gain insight into your entrepreneurial skills and develop your own entrepreneurial vision.
GAME Program
Do you have a potentially repeatable, scalable startup(idea)? And would you like to discover who your customer is, or if the customer problem is big enough to solve? Then the GAME Program is the right choice for you!
GAME is part #2 of the Startup Readiness Program which helps you to find your customer problem. During 5 sessions spread over 10 weeks, you will learn to conduct customer conversations to achieve deep customer insight. Ultimately, you will gain a clearer picture of the first customer segment that is experiencing the problem you aim to solve.
SET Program
Already know what customer segment you want to target first? And do you want to discover whether your solution is really the best solution to their problem? Then the SET Program is the right choice for you!
SET is part #3 of the Startup Readiness Program which helps you to validate your solution. During 5 sessions spread over 10 weeks, you will learn to validate your solution with your early evangelist. Eventually, you will become able to identify the best problem/solution fit.
MATCH Program
Do you have a potentially repeatable, scalable startup(idea) as well as the proof for a problem solution fit? And would you like to commit your first customer to your solution fit? Then the MATCH Program is the right choice for you!
MATCH is part #4 of the Startup Readiness Program which helps you to commit your first customer. During 5 sessions spread over 10 weeks, you will find the first committed customer who embraces your product or service and is willing to pay the commercial price for it.
ACCELERATION PROGRAMS
VC Readiness Programme
You have launched your Dutch startup, raised pre-seed funding, and are ready to scale. The VC Readiness Program gives you the tools, insights, and confidence to approach investors and secure your next funding round. Registrations are now closed.
Techleap.nl Rise Program
Starting a startup may seem easier than ever, but growing it successfully is certainly not. With the Rise Program, Techleap.nl wants to support your company in overcoming your biggest challenges and give you the insights and connections you need to scale successfully.
This program is intended to help the most promising scale-ups in the Netherlands. Every quarter, Techleap opens a new registration round, around a specific theme, to select 10 to 15 scale-ups.
